  I have really bad RSI which flared up and I walked in visibly distressed and unable to turn my neck either side... Don't usually go here but was told it was cheaper. Served by an unkempt older man who was giving me weird looks (I assumed because I was teary as I was dressed in business attire and groomed). When I asked him for stick on heat patches in addition to the painkillers he had no idea what I was talking about so I said don't worry I'll get them elsewhere. He then said minimum payment by card is 10 dollars (not unusual and no issue with this). I said ok can I have 2 packets? (Noting he had pulled out the smallest pack without asking how many I wanted). He just loudly and rudely NO!.
  
  Went across to Terry White Chemist which as always was wonderful and helpful and they actually knew what heat patches were, in addition to recommending something else because they noticed I couldn't turn my neck.
  
  If you want to save a few dollars though but don't want to be verbally spit on, I recommend the lovely lady down the road at All Saints chemist who is always helpful and professional as well.

  I can't say enough POSITIVE things about KOGARAH DISCOUNT DRUG STORE and the family who own & operate it !!
  
  You'll need to take my advice and visit for yourself...
  
  Why you ask?
  
  Our family have been in the position of visiting different pharmacies all over the Sydney and South Sydney Region and we have to confess, Mr. Bishay & Ms. Morkous are the most professional, caring, and knowledgable pharmacists we've encountered.
  
  They go above & beyond standard expectations, are reliable when needed most, follow-thru on commitments and always have a solution to any challenge that may arise (even if it's not in their realm of responsibility). Having pharmacists you can truly depend on and who understand the difficulties you or a loved one face make all the difference in the care of persons with disabilities. They also live up to their name...pricing of over the counter items, and general pharmacy products are anywhere between 10-30% less expensive than the large chain supermarkets.
  
  These are the reasons and others too numerous to mention why after moving an hour away, we still travel to KOGARAH DISCOUNT DRUG STORE !!
